Michael is a NYC commercial real estate broker turned entrepreneur. He's passionate about making commercial real estate information available and transparent and is building a team to change way CRE works. He has been named 30 Under 30 in Real Estate New York and National Rookie of the Year by Grubb & Ellis. He graduated Babson College in 2005 and was a founding member of the world's first live-in business incubator - the e-tower.

Danny loves talking to our users and understanding how to make CompStak better. He particularly enjoys cataloging and tagging our community members into CRM sized bits. In his free time he tells the world about CompStak and finds creative ways to stretch our operations dollars. Danny has dabbled in real estate brokerage, development and construction, but being a part of the CompStak team is his favorite. He stumbled upon Michael and Vadim after a brief MBA stint at Carnegie Mellon and never looked back.

Noam is a graduate of NYU Schack with M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Investment and is experienced in many aspects of commercial real estate, including asset management, acquisitions, and affordable housing across different property types. As a technology oriented guy he was immediately drawn into the platform that is making CRE information more accessible. Noam spends most of his days putting our data through rigorous testing to prove i's reliability. He is often found building stacking plans and disciplining misbehaving comps.

Vadim is the technical talent behind CompStak's design and implementation. For the last ten years he has consulted for the world's preeminent financial institutions, leading teams in building complex custom financial software. His clients have included UBS, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and many others. He's a computer engineer by trade with a degree from Columbia, but is truly an entrepreneur at heart.

Lisa keeps our users honest. She dots the “I”s , crosses the “T”s, removes the INCs and LLCs. A former award-winning producer who has done it all, interviewing Presidents, CEOs and A-List celebrities alike for NBC News, it'd be safe to say Lisa understands the intersection of hard-hitting information and perfect presentation. When not keeping our data in check, you might find her carpooling to an art class, or otherwise taking care of her two awesome kids.

Our Russian team pushes out code at a pace that is hard to comprehend. Made up of international coding champions (yes they exist), super experienced full stack developers, and ninjas, gurus, superstars, super heroes (and every other cliché for a top developers you can think of), our development team is not to be messed with.

Jeff leads CompStak's branding, design and product strategy. He has a decade of experience with leadership roles at design consultants such as Landor, Ybrand & Chromera. As a seasoned adventure traveler, Jeff has climbed a few live volcanoes, fed wild orangutans in the rainforest and learned to wield an ice axe.

For the last 2 years Matt has run his own consulting practice, Cavan Strategy Partners, advising early stage companies on sales strategy and fundraising. Prior to CSP, Matt enjoyed a successful career in both enterprise software sales and real estate finance, having led capital markets initiatives for the San Francisco office of Marcus & Millichap and managed international sales teams for a number of successful technology ventures. Matt’s unique blend of sales, real estate and technology experience will allow him to hit the ground running at Compstak. A graduate of University of California at Berkeley, Matt spends his free time on the water kiteboarding and enjoying the great outdoors with his yellow Lab Roscoe.

Squeakers oversees all activities in the DCD (Department of Canine Development). He’s known in the CompStak office for the warm way that he greets visitors with a smile and a tail wag. He’s also responsible for overseeing customer and user outreach including one-on-one-meetings and responding to customer requests like “sit,” “fetch,” “lie down,” etc. When not in the office, Squeakers enjoys long walks and playing with his friend, Lamby.
